Thermalwater pool:
The Hotel Vértes**** is waiting for its guests with an 8-meter-long and 1.40 meter-deep, round swimming pool with 32-34°C thermal water in it. Our thermal water comes from Nagyberény and it contains: natrium clorid, iodine, bromide and sulphide. The power of the water is good for a lot of sickness. The water spout is good for every part of the body. Advised swimming time is one hour. The recreation and relaxation is guaranteed through confortable deckchairs.

Jacuzzi or whirlpool:
The indoor jacuzzi, with its pleasant 34-35°C fizzy water, is very good for relaxing and massaging the tired muscles. It helps the cerculation, the metabolism and fix the cardiovasculator system through its antistress effect.

Sauna:
The sauna is the place of the relaxation for the body and tho soul, it's good, when we spend in the sauna enough time, that is at least 2 hours: 8-12 minutes in the sauna, than 5-10 minutes pause. The temperature is in the sauna 75-90°C, the highest humidity on 100°C 9% and on 75°C 22%. Do not spend in the sauna much time, and/or on high temperature, who is suffering form cerculation and heart problems. The last shower must be always warm, that the poles do not knit, because it effects sweating.
